The KTC5L5 Truck-Mounted Crane adopts high-strength BS700 manganese steel for the boom, with a 6-section U-shaped structure extending up to 20.3m. The lifting system features double hooks and double hydraulic winches designed specifically for construction vehicles. The rotary system uses a 1.2m external gear turntable, planetary reducer, and a center slewing radio structure, enabling 360° arbitrary rotation.
The leg structure consists of high-strength composite steel outriggers made from 70 manganese steel, forming an H-type side and rear outrigger setup, ensuring stability with longitudinal and transverse spans of 3300mm and 5000mm, respectively. The braking system uses air-break brakes, and the steering is hydraulically assisted for precise control.
The hydraulic system adopts a multi-way valve with single linkage and an aluminum air-cooled heat dissipation system. Powered by a 132 hp Q23-132E60 Quanchai engine and paired with a Wanliyang gearbox, the vehicle ensures smooth power delivery. The chassis is Dongfeng Dorica D5, with dimensions of 5995mm × 2090mm × 2650mm, a wheelbase of 2950mm, and a total weight of 4495kg.
